        Bought a couch sat.FROM MR ALEJANDRO. Gave an updated address same day. They promised to deliver on following Tuesday. It's Thursday and they still won't deliver the fully paid couch. Absolutely no customer service or professionalism at all from all employees. Totally incompetence all around. I was a loyal customer for over 10 yrs. WAS.

        Isa was a tremendous help today. As we all know; rent is due on the 1st! I had a few bills that prioritized over my agreement and Isa helped me push my payment back to help me out. This sort of business is rare these days. Everyone is going thru something. Those of us who CAN help; absolutely MUST. Blessings to all.
