Hey consumers, please read entire review. This is truly a business deserving of 5 stars. Starting with the call, they helped me troubleshoot on the phone. They were able to schedule me ASAP and come out. David is such an amazing master tech. He walked me through everything he was checking and doing. He educated me along the way, and pointed out everything. No surprises like the other guys I have used. I had many questions, and he took his time and was very patient with me. After repairs done, a full system check, and a cleaning and replacement of some parts, I expected a bill of no less than a few hundred dollars, for weekend service, for the hours in the heat he spent. I wont tell you what I paid, or what all was done, but I was shocked that my bill was the equivalent to a family night out for pizza. This guy (and Jane) have hearts the size of Arizona, and really care for their neighbors in Coolidge. During a time of heat, American City came through. I hope this company and family are truly blessed, as they blessed my family in a time of need. 5 stars for professionalism, very fair pricing, and kind folks. I had a brand new 4 ton ac until installed in my home about 9 months ago. This company was beyond amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. Buying a home with no ac is no fun but this company allowed me to move in my house in no time.

David always gets my A/C up & running no matter what the problem is. He is very, very knowledgeable and professional. He does what ever he can to have my A /C up & working. I wouldn't change to any other, He will always have my business. Thank you David for your service!

David is an amazing master technician. Our unit went out when it was very hot and he fixed it in record time. The unit works perfectly and keeps the house very cool. He is very responsive and was punctual calling when he was on his way. Prices are more than reasonable. Very happy with this company and will not hesitate to refer family and friends.
