        Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. This guy lost 4 customers in 5 minutes from the way he would talk to them.

        Atrocious. The shower head was Broken. Cramped. Noisy and just felt gross.

        Heater made a shrieking noise. Complained at front desk, they didn't care, nor did I receive a call from management as promised. Trucker parking right next door, very loud during the night. Dog hair in the rug from people having their pets. Non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning, there were workers cleaning, smoking cigarettes and marijuana outside the room.
