I sure wish I had read reviews about this place Terrible Customer Service. I've been calling for weeks and can't seem to get the manager Vicky to return phone calls or emails. She's totally lazy. Needs new management that actually gets work done.

I moved in last year and bought a home here, Although I love the home the Manager James is very rude. Instead of working with you on issues that come up he is very quick to threaten a fine. It's all about wanting money with no regard for wanting to help with the problem. I moved out a couple months ago and plan on selling my home. It might hurt my sell, but I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone. He has done nothing but harass me since I moved in. He finds little things to fault me on and when I email him or call him he ignores me. If I could I wouldn't give this place a one star.

We lived here for 2 years, paid rent on time every month and never caused any trouble. They decided to stop renting to me and put myself, wife and 4 small children out on the street during the pandemic, knowing how how rent prices were starting to skyrocket. It's clear this company and the so called manager that is staffed there does not care about the people living there. There were other people living in the surrounding trailers that said the same thing was happening to them, unethical things as well. The manager told me that the only way I would be able to stay would be if I were to purchase the home and I did everything I could , but no matter what I did , somehow I came short to not being able to purchase the home. Always some excuse of why I wouldn't be able to buy it at the price it was at the time, of course they raised the price as soon as we moved out. We spent days spot cleaning everything there , it looked like it was new tenant ready but when I received what was left of my security deposit it was almost nothing. These people DO NOT care about you, just money. We were forced to have to stay with family because we were tossed to the streets and can't afford to live somewhere affordable now because of the housing market these people took full advantage of. Similar homes that were $60k they are now selling for $130k+ . We had constant issues with the mobile home we were renting and serious issues that were never really fixed . Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else if at all possible.

I can honestly say that my experience here was great. We recently purchased our home here and are grateful.
