I had a tele-med appointment on 06/26/20. I waited for 30+ minutes on a video call for no one to show up. I called the office on monday and was told the provider is not comfortable doing a tele-med appointment for my issue. I only needed a test kit ordered because there was a virus outbreak in our home. Any time i have to go into the office for an appointment i have to wait around 45 minutes for a provider, that i see for less than 5 minutes. So i found that Urgent Care does tele-med visits and they had no problem seeing me for the same issue. Got it all done over the phone. Changing my PCP to someone who actually cares about their patients.

Stay away, these people are as unprofessional as it gets. I was harassed by 3 women about my service dog (medical alert) and denied my appointment because he only had 1 identifying service dog tag (with his registration number) and i refused to show paperwork. Last i checked its illegal on a state and federal level to harass me over my legal restrained and well behaved service animal. A male nurse came out and threatened to remove me from the building and would not back away from me when asked too step back. I felt extremely threatened by this. I was denied names to report them and they called the police on me when i came back in with a pen and paper asking for names. They also denied me medical attention 2 wks ago cause my disability was recently transfered. The lady refused to help me cause I did not have my new card yet but come to find out i was insured. I stopped there because they are the closest place to me and asked for oxygen because i was going into respiratory failure with hypoxia with oxygen saturation in the 60% range. They wouldnt help. I drove myself to thw ER and spent 11 days on 40l of oxygen and was nearly of put on life support. These people wont even give a dying person oxygen. Go to yavapai west if you want real medical care. I plan on speaking to a lawyer about this.
