Rowdy Rooter is a top notch buisiness. The dedication that Kirk and Gus have is something special. Very easy to work with and their punctuality and communication is outstanding. If you need help do not hesitate to give them a call. I did and I am glad I met them.

City of Prescott Water company sent a letter indicating we may have a leak. Called Rowdy Rooter on the 3rd. Kirk (Dad) and Gus (Son) came out that afternoon. Discovered we did indeed, have a leak which was determined by their high tech devices. They said they "would handle everything." Utility companies had to be notified to come and identify gas, power lines, etc. which Gus notified. Utility companies came out on the 4th. Gus said he would be here on the 5th at 7:30 am and he showed up at that time. Digging commenced, leak was identified, repaired and all was completed by 10:30 am. When Gus and his brother Austin left there was absolutely no trace any work had been done in our yard. I was so impressed with their work ethic, skill, knowledge and integrity. This is a family owned and operated business. They take pride in their work and treat others as they want to be treated. I truly have song their praises and will continue to do so. Don't hesitate to call this business. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be a positive experience. Thank you Rowdy Rooter. YOU ARE THE BEST!! MC
