Ace Xpress Shuttle

For years I've used this shuttle service, referring everyone I knew because -at one time- the service was excellent . Like everything else, the cost of their service has increased, however the customer service now seems non- existent and they no longer work with customers to meet their flight needs but instead only offer the customers services to meet THEIR specific times of convenience. In April I was scheduled and paid for their service weeks in advance for a trip I was supposed to take. 24 hours prior to my scheduled and paid for trip I had to cancel due to a family emergency. The woman who took my call matter -of+factly informed me that I just lost my entire payment ($150+) since I did not give them a 48 hour notice, period! After a few weeks I attempted to call and ask about this questionable policy but never got a response or was able to speak with anyone who could assist me. Recently I tried to book another trip and was just told flat out that they had no shuttles left that day . If you don't mind a total lack of customer service, catering to their schedules, and taking the chance of your payments being nothing more than a donation you can't write off-this might be the ideal shuttle "service" (or lack of!) For you!

I’ve called Ace Xpress over a 16 year span. Not a fan of driving & parking at PHX Sky Harbor airport.
InI am now 70+ & live in Rimrock. It’s a bumpy road to our place.
The drivers have always driven accordingly and been quite helpful, friendly, and have a nice cold bottle of water waiting for their passengers. They take care of my luggage and on this trip…my kitty cat.
My experiences have always been great.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Ace Xpress and the prices are great too.
A nod to the office staff too. Great gals!

Always very professional & friendly receptionists as well as drivers, HOWEVER....it’s often impossible to get calls answered, & there is, in my experience, no voicemail opportunity where one can leave a message for a call-back. I actually feel bad when someone does eventually answer my call, bc they seem to be working in a business that’s far too short-staffed-lotta stress to put on employees, it seems . I’ve referred several guests to Ace over the last couple of years, but I won’t feel right continuing to do this if I’m simply pointing visitors towards a true “hassle”. It’s 4:15 on a Tues, & I can’t get anyone to answer my call to book a reservation 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had reservation for 11:00 pickup at Sky Harbor on June 12 to Cottonwood. The driver called that morning to adjust the pickup time to 1;00pm, a two hour wait time at airport.
I couldn't wait that long so I made other travel arrangements. I had made the mistake of preparing the invoice, so I was out $ 75.
Disappointed.
