i signed some kind of treatment contract with them when i was in the pysch. unit and i desperately want to know how to get out of it. they have run off my old primary care doctor, ive had debilitating chronic pain for almost 3 years and in may i couldnt take it any more and decided to kill myself in may. after taking 500 pills i was on life support for a week and when i woke up, there were people in my room from spectrum. now, i appreciate everyones concern and trying to help, but this is not help. i have like 5 different people micromanaging every pill that goes in my mouth and im not really in therapy, i just meet with someone once a week and i dont feel helped afterward. i want out!! i will find my own doctors and deal with things my own way. the only time i feel suicidal is when i try to talk to them about my physical pain and they suggest some pain managment clinic that does bio feedback and crap. i need these people out of my affairs and my life. can anyone suggest anything?
