Been here before and had a great experience then, but a recent experience will keep me from ever going back. I went in to see about getting my and my sister's hair cut, the stylist told my sister that her hair was too oily and "clumpy" to cut--she washed it the night before, but apparently wearing a hat for an hour before arrival made it unworkable. She has very thick, smooth hair because we're Asian, and apparently the way that Asian hair behaves was just too much for the stylist to work with; rather than saying "I don't know how to cut hair of this texture" she basically called my sister's hair disgusting in front of everyone in the shop.
