        They are nice staff. No issues with the office staff. My issues are with the water itself. It is murky, very cloudy, then after a few minutes it becomes clear. Does not seem like it is being treated.

        Do NOT deal with this business unless you want to waste your time. I had a 2-5 PM window. At 5:30 I called the office to see what had happened and was told they'd find out and call me right back. I finally received a call back at 6:30 and was told they were running a little behind. 🤣 no kidding. I wasted more than 2 hours waiting thanks to their ineptitude and rudeness. Very unprofessionally to say the least. A 30 second call would've saved me a lot of trouble since I had to drive 45 minutes each way to be there to help my disabled mom. I guess they have plenty of business. So much so that they don't even need to honor their word. Disgraceful
