        First time I called I found them very friendly, responsive and helpful when we tried to get replacement insurance cards for my aunt. Recently been trying to get a hold of them and nothing - doesn't answer the phone, don't return messages. Frustrating!

        I guess Yolanda has gotten so successful she has forgotten about the little people who have been with her for years used to be good customer service within the last few years they dont answer their phone. I just wanted to get a quote for a homeowners policy and now Im ghosted I guess Im just gonna have to take my vehicle insurances and home owners insurance somewhere else
