I normally don't leave reviews like this. I was just in an upset mood that day already and this pushed me over the top. But I'm changing that review to a 5 star review because they made everything right.
I had forgotten about this and they took me to the side and apologized for the incident, and refunded my $2. I feel silly for getting so upset over $2, but the manager was very kind.
I'm only leaving the original review so you can see how dumb my complaint actually was. It was a simple mistake. The employees here are great. The manager is great.
The cashier just kept my $2. With my circle k rewards card, I had $2 on there. I had her slide it and I saw it come off of my total. I bought a monster energy drink they came out to 2.87 and the computer screen said 2.87 - $2 with my total being $0.87 but she still took my $3 and give me $0.13 back. That just seems pretty shady. Should I have said something? Yes. But I was kind of shocked.
