I have had the worst experience of my entire life at this storage facility. About a month after I had moved in I had went to check my items and noticed that many boxes were misplaced and I had several items of value that were missing. The lock was left on the door, so it was determined that the lock most likely had been picked. I called the police to report this. There were no cameras or fencing around the facility. The female manager agreed that it was Her idea also that the police should have been call. They came and took pictures and did a report. Afterwards I ask her how often someone walked around the facility and checked the units. I thought this was an appropriate question given the situation. She suddenly began screaming at me that I had accused her of not doing her job. She yelled this at me over and over again. I told her that I had not accused her of anything, but just wanted to know how often somebody walked around the facility. A few days later I had called and reported this to the male manager who was there and said that she had accused me of something I didn't do. He then told me that he contacted the owners of the facility and they were giving me 30 days notice to get out because I had called the police. I told him that I thought that was what you were supposed to do if something was stolen from you. I also told him that the female manager had agreed that she thought it was a good thing to do. there was another brief conversation with the female manager in which she falsely said that I said I was going to take legal action on her. The only thing I said was that I was leaving it to the police department as they were doing their own investigation. Because of the situation, I have lost many thousands of dollars and stolen goods and in moving costs as they told me I had to move out because I call the police, as that is what you are widely thought as your right to do if you have good stolen from you.
