David's Vacuums - Chandler

I was scammed when buying a vacuum. I entered the store and stated I wanted to buy a Sebo Essential G4 and was sold a David Pro D Upright Vacuum. I did not request this brand and was sold purposefully the incorrect vacuum. I went into the store a few days ago to just look at vacuums and that employee also displayed this David product as the Sebo product. The David product was sitting on the Sebo display information which is why I did not question the product and the vacuums look the same. This is wrong and the store is inappropriately marketing and selling products. The employee when I purchased the vacuum questioned me when I entered the store about why I wanted a Sebo vacuum.

Ive been a customer of Oreck for years- they have changed hands to Davids Vacuums. I came in today and had top notch customer service! Dennis was over the top professional , courteous, informative!! A pleasure to work with!! Thank you so much!!

Wonderful place to have any brand of vacuum serviced and great place to purchase a new vacuum. Service and backing up their word and products sold is their hallmark. Great to find in the days of disposable products and companies not honoring their word.

I have an older Oreck that works great but needed a new cord. I was told by the lady at the Scottsdale store that it was too old to fix. I went to the Davids Vacuums in Chandler, and the gentleman immediately said they could fix it and quickly pulled up the part to order on his computer (Im sure the same computer network available to the Scottsdale store). Its repaired, it works, and 3 cheers to the Chandler store for providing excellent customer service!!

Wife bought a vacuum that was allegedly a sebo essential g4. Brought it back the next day because it was rebranded with David's logo all over it. Told them I didn't want it because I'd prefer a Sebo branded one, primarily because that's who'd we looked into and that's what we wanted. I would've appreciated the explanation about the rebrand prior to the sale, rather than at the return. I did reach out to Sebo directly to confirm that David branded Sebo Essentials still carry the same warranty and service guarantee and I'm waiting to hear back. Will update what they say. Salesman who did the return was polite enough but kept shaking his head throughout the process like he couldn't believe someone wouldn't believe him for his word on them being the same.
