Our pool float went out and was overfilling the pool. Matt was the tech who came out. He was very quick, professional and explained to me everything he was doing and what steps we needed to take after the service. Very glad we were able to have him and JNJ Pools, Inc help us.

My pool motor was bad. I called my warranty company. Unfortunately because of my bad luck JNJ pools was chosen to represent the company. The rep showed up and about 5 minutes later after he had pulled the motor out I asked him what do you think. He was condescending rood and obnoxious. He told me the motor needs to be replaced. He also told me specifically without any equivocation that the replacement motor was used. Not rebuilt or refurbished. USED . The used motor keeps shutting off. I called the warranty company and they sent out another one of their Mickey Mouse technicians. He was at my house no more than maybe 2 or 3 minutes and he handed me a yellow copy of a piece of paper me a piece of paper that said motor running no malfunction. I asked him if the motor was rebuilt with new bushings and the shaft seal had been changed. He didn’t have an answer. It’s obvious that there’s something wrong with this picture.
