HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have never worked with a more impressive pool contractor or any contractor than CDC Pools. From the first moment I met their salesman Jerry he treated me like I was as someone special. He was thorough, listened to my requests and went to bat for me to provide the most competitive quote out there. CDC is one of the few companies who has a showroom where you can choose tile and pebble color with simplicity. They had a foreman, Brian, who managed the day to day operations of the pool resurface and their inside staff communicated with me every step of the way. They quoted me a two week timeframe to chip out my old plaster to have my pool ready to be filled up again and amazingly they actually finished a day early. Ive learned that complainers speak the loudest so I wanted to help share my opinion about a reputable and honest company that deserves your business and you deserve to have a partner like CDC Pools.

I would give 0 stars if allowed. I contacted the company to find out if they work with home warranty. The agent (nick) didn't know what a home warranty was. No worries at all, I explained what it was. Nick said he didn't know. So I requested to find out, then Nick started asking me a lot of questions, I would rather not go into detail about what I need if home warranty wasn't accepted there would be no point in continuing on. I requested to speak to a manager, Nick said "I think they are all busy". So I requested again, Nick placed me on hold came back and said no they don't take warranties. I said the supervisor won't speak with me? Nick responded they are all just busy. The "customer service" interaction that I dealt with on the phone is why your company is getting a ZERO star.

I recently had the pleasure of working with CDC Pools for a much-needed remodel of our family pool. The project involved resurfacing our old plaster pool with a stunning new pebble-tec finish and the addition of a baja step for easier access and lounging. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I chose CDC Pools initially for their proactive and positive approach to customer feedback online, which stood out among competitors. Their quote was not only the most competitive, but they also boasted a unique selling point they manufacture their own style of pebble, which gave us unique options to choose from. The process was straightforward and well-organized, starting with a detailed quote, followed by a selection of pebble and tile for our pool. Once our choices were made, the team sprang into action with impressive efficiency. Within the same week, our pool was drained, and the old surface chipped away. The construction of the baja step and the entire resurfacing process were completed within three weeks. The quality of workmanship from CDC Pools is top-notch. The pebble-tec surface not only looks fantastic but feels durable and is exactly what we wanted. I must extend a special thank you to Sergio, our project manager, whose professionalism and responsiveness were standout qualities throughout the project. He ensured any concerns were promptly addressed, keeping us informed every step of the way. Price-wise, CDC Pools offered incredible value, being approximately 20% cheaper than their competitors without compromising on quality or service. It's rare to find such a balance of price, quality, and service. I wholeheartedly recommend CDC Pools to anyone considering a pool remodel.
