Horrible. Huge bright yellow signage says 75% off all Halloween candy and non food Halloween items and when I grabbed all the m and M's in the long skinny tube they all the sudden went back to regular pricing. WTH???? Everything is priced with original price and then below is the discounted price. These showed .42 as original and when I did my 75% off on my phone it said .11 each so I grabbed them all. Yes I don't need more candy im donating it to a homeless shelter but they freaked out when I had every single one and denied the transaction. This is why I again should not shop here! Ever again!!! This is going to ally social media platforms and I will continue to show y'all have a horrible system and don't honor what is posted. Now if an employee did it wrong thata not my fault your employees should pay attention to their job and you should still be forced to honor it. Not my fault. Make it right and get me back as a customer? Honor your pricing and make this right. Easy looking forward to hearing from a bug wig in a Corp office that never visits this location. Maybe you should get out that office and make a trip here and verify pricing. Going to Fry's which is further down the road but at least they are honest and honor all pricing whether an employee messes up or the ad is wrong!!!!

AVOID THIS STORE if you plan to use coupons. There is a checker named Cathy P who has done nothing but make using coupons nearly impossible every time we visit this store. Her attitude today made us feel like we were trying to steal from the store. We like Basha's, but will not return to this store. Today my wife tried to buy two packages of butter using two coupons for $1 off we had downloaded from the manufacturer. But Cathy P never even tried to run the coupons. Instead she simply looked at them, saw they both had the same number and refused them. She got rather snippy when she said she couldn't take them and it wasn't her policy, nobody took coupons with the same code. Both coupons had the same code number because it was the product code - the only way stores can know which product this goes with. This particular coupon from Challenge butter includes the name of the person who downloaded it, plus a different ID number (which was rather small). Challenge will fully reimburse the store for up to two coupons per person (plus handling fees). I am sorry for previously giving this store a 5 star review because we like Basha's meat. There are other Bashas not that far away and couponers should make every effort to avoid this one.
