These people are a fraud. They advertise to give you leads on short-sales for listings. Their material describe agents to be "certified short-sale specialist" when all they give you are some videos to watch. Also, on their advertising material they make it seem like it is all about helping them and material does not estate that they are trying to obtain short-sale listings. They are not up-front with people and they will charge you about $200 a month for their crappy service. Do not fall into this scam.
