I recently used PetsFly for my pet's relocation to Ireland/ They (Jeni) was very helpful over several months in answering my questions and providing updates as our move date became closer. It was easy and they did a lot of the work so it was one less thing I had to be worried about. The transition and drop-off/pick-up at the airport on both ends went quite smoothly and I was provided updates on my pet along the way. I'd highly recommend using PetsFly to anyone that is considering a pet relocation service!

We were really nervous about flying our pup transatlantic, but Petsfly was just great. Clear communication right from the start, and they even handled our cat's health certificate although technically they were only shipping our dog. The entire experience, from dropoff at O'Hare to when we got our dog back in Portugal, was as stress-free as could be possible. It was especially helpful to get the update from the Frankfurt animal lounge - and seeing how they cleaned the kennel and put in fresh bedding! and to have access to the cargo details on arrival. Highly recommend!!!

We recently moved from the USA to the UK and cannot praise petsfly enough! Brenda and Jeni were amazing and worth every penny. With extra paperwork due to covid for the move anyway it was so nice to know our dog Sherlock would be taken care of. Even with a FedEx hiccup, the team were quick to sort out paperwork to make sure Sherlock had a smooth transition. Sherlock is also a very nervous dog and I was terrified he would be traumatized from the experience but we picked him up from London with tails wagging like nothing happened! Updates from the team also helped my nerves! Thanks again!!!

They made me pay $175 for a health certificate document (APHYS 7001) available for free, online. Most travel pets only need a health certificate and vaccination certificate. Do not pay for anything before looking for the document in the USDA (U.S Department of Agriculture) or official authorities website Petsfly will take advantage of your uncertainty to charge you for something you can have for free. Beware that you still going to need to pay for the Veterinary's health certificate examination and the vaccination certificate, therefore keep your online expenses to minimal.

Cannot recommend Petsfly enough. WORTH EVERY PENNY! We worked with Jeni as we had our dog fly from Arizona to Frankfurt, Germany. Our pup was not flying within our travel dates so she was flying as a "commercial" dog in cargo - which just made everything much more complex. Jeni and petsfly took care of everything. Even with COVID and some airlines not allowing animals in cargo, she made it work! I trusted Jeni every step of the way and our dog had a safe journey with no hiccups. Jeni was always quick to respond and very knowledgable with all the processes. She worked with us to ensure our vet paperwork would arrive within the 48hr timeline it needed to be. Additionally Petsfly was able to secure an overnight stay in Seattle for our dog with a boarding facility as her connecting flight was not until the next day. We received updates and pictures on every step of her journey. Thank you so much Petsfly for getting our Lola to us!
