All they want to do is push testosterone. It is their money maker. Your health is not their concern. It is a used car dealership that masquerades as a medical clinic. Provider turnover is astronomical probably due to the unconscionable things they asked to do. I expect the will be out of business soon.

We love Derosa! Each provider is very knowledgeable about Hormone Replacement and made me feel super comfortable. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Anyone having trouble getting your medical records from Derosa?? I found a new doctor since the closing of Dr Derosa’s office and have the form to request, but all lines of communication are down.

I know that DeRosa Medical just sold in 2017/18 so I am “hanging on” to see if things improve. I have had nine (9) providers in the last three or four years. My recent “mishap” was today at the Chandler location... I went in for lab services (btw no longer Labcor now Genesis) and waited for about an hour and a half. A gentleman, that came in after me, got impatient and went on back to find the lab technician. He then came out and told me “I know you are ahead of me, they have no tubes!” I asked the tech why she didn’t tell us as we have been waiting. She said that she had informed the from desk and asked them to notify clients. DeRosa’s front desk should have told us and given us the opportunity to either choose to wait indefinitely or come back another time. Believe me, I did NOT feel valued as a “DeRosa” patient.

I wasn't sure I would like this place. My first appointment got cancelled, but I decided to give it a go and went to the second/rescheduled appointment. I'm glad I gave it a chance because I really like it. My appointment started on time, I saw the doctor right away and they did my blood work there. Waiting to get the blood work done was a short wait too. When I made my appointment I was really happy with the receptionist. She was really nice and cheerful. The staff at the office was fairly friendly and the girl who took my blood was amazing! My veins are hard to find, so in the past people have stuck me with the needle multiple times(which hurts!). The young woman who did my blood tested both arms, couldn't find an easy vein so she did it in my hand and I couldn't even feel her stick the needle in! I was wondering when she was going to do it and it was already in! AMAZING!
