This was my first visit to this office. It was easy to find within the mall. Submitting my form before the appointment made the check in process super easy and smooth. Dr. Patel was awesome! He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. Also, was super friendly and has a great personality, which is a good feeling, normally any type of Dr. office environment gives me anxiety, but I did not feel that when I went to this office. Definitely recommend for your next eye exam! I will be back next year for my annual exam.

I'm very happy with the service I received. I was there with my daughter and doctors normally make her nervous, so I am always a bit uneasy when we go for checkups. This was our first time at this office. The staff were polite and the girl who did the precheck was super nice and friendly. Doctor Farr was also very nice, sociable and professional. He started talking to my daughter about school and Fall break and even gave us a tour of the office. He answered all my questions patiently and gave clear recommendations. Great experience; highly recommended.

Have gone to Dr. Patel for a few years now. Just had latest check-up. Did not wait at all once I signed the paperwork. Dr. Patel is always very patient, kind, friendly and professional. He explains everything well and is very good at giving me information, advice and options, recognizing I'm the patient and make the decisions. My wife has a bit more complicated situation with her eyes and has also been extremely pleased with Dr. Patel's care. Staff is courteous as well. I highly recommend this practice for eyecare.

Waited too long for the doctor, dont schedule my appointment so far in advance if I am just going to sit twiddling my thumbs, my time is important and what you're telling me is you think your time is more important by making me wait for long periods (i understand small windows of waiting times). I was waiting and asked for water, no water... if you're going to make me wait over 40 minutes (not exaggerating, appt at 11:40 and was finally attended by the doctor at 12:22) at least have water. I heard the doctor in the other room talking to his patient about football and their fans, being an airforce brat as a child, grandpa was a sheet metal worker, scuba diving, small talk, etc...kinda weird if you know got patients waiting. The doctor was quick and nice, knows what he is doing, but I value my time.
