        I needed a piano tuner who would be willing to drive to Maricopa, AZ to tune and clean my daughter's piano. I called three companies in the east valley. James Klomp returned my call within a reasonable amount of time. He charged a minimal trip fee and was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. In addition, as I wanted to gift this service to my daughter, James called me after the service was done and allowed me to pay him via Zelle. My daughter called me to share how pleased she is with the sound of her piano and James' excellent work ethic.
