The moment walk into this office, I get nothing but top of the line customer service from ALL of Dr. Kuip Alex Kim and staff. I love the attentiveness that I receive while I am there. He really genuinely has his patients best interest of better health care. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Kim is a very competent, thorough and caring professional. I have been a patient, and have had laser treatments from him and have been very pleased. I have also been very satisfied with Alexis' work. His staff is very courteous and attentive. I have been a registered nurse for many years, and have worked in many areas of a hospital, mostly ICU. I also worked in a plastic surgeon’s office for almost two years. I speak from experience, and I would highly recommend Dr Kim.

Avoid this place at all costs. I had an issue with a Groupon I had purchased. I bought 2 the same day (one for me one for my wife) but somehow they expired on different days. They would not honor the expired one and wanted an additional $126 for one removal. Plus the $25 lidocaine fee. They also would not let me share my groupon with my wife even though she had one too, it was just expired. They would have gotten the exact same amount of money either way. Booking the appointments was just as much of a nightmare. Spent 45 minutes trying to book, most of it on hold. They want you to book an appointment for a consultation then book another appointment after the consultation for the removal. This place is 100% bait and switch and totally unprofessional. STAY AWAY!
