I went for a wellness check- lab orders, prescription reviews, and a check for a bug bite. The doctor came in blind, despite the fact I have an extensive medical history with 4C, and asked me questions that were obviously in my chart. I even told her I was under the impression all my medical charts were forwarded here. She had two excuses and I dont accept either one. The lab orders were incomplete. The prescription was the wrong dose. And she never even looked at my bug bite. Im an angry cryer, so I definitely left the office in tears. I will be finding a new PCP immediately. I will have to redo the whole process. Its inexcusable.

I had a doctors appointment with Dr. Hajera Fatima Habib on 5/17/22. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She showed a real interest in my care. She made me feel like a person not just a number. She asked questions and didnt rush out of the exam room after 5 minutes. I will definitely refer others to her. I want her as my PCP.

Finding the right health care provider is the key. I feel that I have found that with Maralee. I am a new patient and had a great experience! Maralee is very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. Maralee makes me feel like my health and well being is just as important to her as it is to me. I like the feeling of not being rushed in and out. She takes her time to get to know you and help you understand the lab results in details. I’ve never experienced this kind of service with my previous health care provider. I would also like to mention how impressed I am with Fahemah’s amazing service. She’s very nice and professional. I highly recommend 4C Medical Group.

Do not go here.U to be great when it wasn't owned by 4C. Wait time to talk to a receptionist was 25-30 minutes while the message stated 0-1 minutes. Front staff would fail to book appointments. New doctor means questioning every medication you already have. Failed to call in prescriptions numerous times. Final straw was an appointment they were happy to book but never called in my prescriptions. 3 months to get half of my last appointment fee refunded.
