Absolutely horrible front desks. Called 5 times and the phone was picked up and disconnected. I could hear people in the background before being hung up on each time

Run from this place... 3 dr.s in three months... Dont answer phone... Refuse to talk to your pharmacy to keep you straight on meds.every month hassle to get refills...wasted 30 min every month... No people skills .like there just winging it.

Theyre the worst when it comes to empathy ! Theyre the worst when it comes to customer service. Theyre the worst when it comes to refilling a prescription! I am a patient here and have been since 2013 I called in today because I need my blood pressure meds refilled ..NOT A NARCOTIC mind you but BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS I TAKE TO KEEP MY BLOOD PRESSURE UNDER CONTROL according to this place I have to go in and pay $75 to see the doctor and I will still have to pay for my prescriptions after ? Why is it so hard for them to fill it when the pharmacy sends them the request ?? Like all other doctors . I need to find a new doctor

Someone got into their system and leaked everyones information even mine. My ssn birthday all the appointments I had scheduled. Smh. They dont have a better system?
