        If a negative star was possible it would be -100. If you want a dr or office that has class, customer service skills or decent morals, go somewhere else. Find a dr on Phoenix children's hospital network. These people will call, badger and try to ruin your day because they have nothing better to do than do cold calls to assigned patients. The fact that they it satisfactory to badger potential patients is appalling. Know your rights, you can pick and shop around for a good dr. Dont settle for this office. Your kids deserve better. They act like cattle herders. Actually herding cattle is more humane than how they treat you.
