Terrible website. Tells you zero about styles , where to buy etc. really a complete waste of tine , not even a contact number or email

3-4 years ago, when I bought the spa, this company came highly recommended. Today, not so much and if you go through the reviews, you can find similar situations wherein a customer in good faith calls the company to get service to the equipment and is just ignored. I have made multiple calls to the company with no response. The original local retailer I purchased from is no longer in business. All I need is information on where to find a local retailer to assist with the problem and apparently that is simply too much for MAAX to provide. My word of advice (and will happily update if/when MAAX finally decides to take or return my call)--this is not the same company from 3-4 years ago; AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM, AS THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE PRODUCT AFTER SALE. AS AN UPDATE--MAAX Spas took my call this morning, I explained the situation, they provided information that assists me in finding the real service provider for my area and I can now proceed with getting that support. Special thanks to Terry for his assistance. It is greatly appreciated.
