Our business received an annual form to fill out authorizing a "no-signature" delivery with only an option to USPS mail back to them, no email. There was an 800 number for "customer service". When I called, it was a recording that abruptly said, to track a package, go to their website and then it disconnected. I went on their website to "Chat". Two agents ended the chat after I asked my question. I asked the third to please not hang up. I was advised they do not accept these forms via email (o.k. I get that) but to contact USPS for support. Huh? Why would I do that. I asked her again and she reiterated they don't accept email (o.k. I get it but then why would I contact USPS). Wow, with that kind of customer service, how are they still in business.

They should be sued and forced out of business. I did not talk to a live person, only texting, and THAT is a red flag which shows that they are a scam company and should be forced out of business by legal authorities.

They never contact you back after filling out their form. They hold your deliveries hostage without a way to reach someone. Even with specific directions, they can't figure out how to deliver it to you. This is the worst service ever, and any retailer who utilizes them will no longer be a retailer I will patronize.

If I could give them less than ZERO stars I would! GOOD LUCK Getting your shipments! I have never had a package delvered when the sender ships with Ontrac! Ontrac as a company is GARBAGE! I am also irritated with companies that use Ontrac for shipping. I have ordered and reordered the same thing 3 times from Target who is using Ontrac to ship packages which I also filed a complaint with. Why use a carrier who has nothing but 1 star reviews?!?!
