Used your limo services for Prom and had a terrific experience! From making the reservation, to how clean and new the limo was, to the driver and how courteous he was with our children. It was nice knowing our teens were in good hands. Everything was above and beyond. It was our daughters first time in a limo and she said between prom and riding in the limo with her friends it was the best night of her life. Will definitely be using you in the future for an upcoming birthday and anniversary dinner.

There was a discrepancy I wanted to discuss with the main office, and the defensive, unprofessional, rude attitude I received was nothing less than a power trip for this person. There is a right and wrong way to solve an issue regardless of who was at fault. Talking over someone who wants to discuss a discrepancy is just plain wrong and then hanging up on me twice. Customer service zero stars. Learn some manners Trans City Limos. I will discourage anyone looking to hire a limo away from this unprofessional company. Shame on You !

THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I was quoted a price over the phone 2 separate times that ended up being nowhere near what they actually charged me, because they purposefully did not tell me (2 separate times) they would also be charging for fuel while I was already paying for the hourly rate, tax, and gratuity.
In addition to this, I asked the driver if gratuity was already included when I paid and he said no, so I added a gratuity and unintentionally paid twice. When I called to report this error, they refused to refund me the extra gratuity that was paid, even though it was paid twice and because of what the driver miscommunicated. When I also requested to be refunded the fuel cost that was never included in the quote on multiple occasions, they said they would go back and listen to the phone conversations but of course they never followed up with me on this and I never got refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We took a Christmas light tour with our family over the weekend. We had never done this before and it was a great experience. The driver had the route all laid out for us. Limo was super clean and new. Definitely going to do this next year.Thank you for the complimentary limo upgrade it made our night even that more special!
