I ordered a replacement base for my Saladmaster shredder and unfortunately it was the wrong one for my unit, I returned the base and after waiting a few days for a credit to show up on my credit card I contacted them and was told they had not received the base, when I told them my tracking receipt showed that it had been delivered they stopped answering my emails and phone calls. I live in Flagstaff so it's not convenient or cost effective for me to pursue this in person, I contacted the Post Office and because it shows it was delivered I have no recourse through them, same with my credit card company. So they have the base and my money, sad that their profit margin depends on cheating customers. I guess if you decide to do business with this company be careful.
