I have been with Country Financial and specifically using Mark as my agent since I got my driver's license and needed auto insurance. We often choose insurance based on our parents and I am no exception. That being said, I have stuck with Mark through the years because he is professional, courteous, and genuinely cares about making sure I have the correct coverage for my needs. Not only does he make sure I'm not over paying, he also ensures that the coverage gets increased when I have a life event which would deem consideration for change. I have been with Mark Derrico for about 20 years. Over the years he has been very kind and professional. He checks in on us now and again to ensure we are doing well and to ensure we do not have any changes or needs. Mark has been very up front and honest to me and he genuinely cares. I can remember a time we couldn't make it to the office and he drove out to our house to help get things done. Any time I have gone to his office or even called everyone there was very nice.
