So in the past few days I have been called you make a payment on something I don't even have. I have been going to this location for a few years already, I had finished paying off my furniture when Robert, Tim were there about a year ago from now. I had the best customer service there while they were running the place. Since these new people took over I hate it completely, horrible service, very rude, and should not be in this business at all if that's how they will be. When I walk in I expect good service like I had before. The manager called me this morning around 9 and asked when I was going to make a payment, I have nothing to make a payment on. I was trying to ask him to remove me from his call lis the, cause it was the 2ND time I've been called for the same thing. But while I was asking he hung up on me. Never will I return to this place, or recommend to anyone like I have before when Robert was here. Horrible service and needs a change of management.

A horribly run business that engages in harassing phone calls (EVEN THOUGH I'M NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER). I have received daily phone calls from this business for over a month asking to speak with me about a friend's account. I have never been a customer of this or any other Rent-A-Center, and I don't have any friends with the name of the person they keep calling about. Calling to discuss a friend's account alone would constitute harassing business practices. Calling about someone I don't even know makes this infuriating. I have told them to stop on multiple occasions, and yet the calls just keep coming. I don't know what scam they're running but it needs to stop.

Worst customer service. This guy hung up on my mom while making a payment arrangement. Asked where she was gonna get the money from, which shouldn't be his business.
