        Terrible service. Material ship dates are pushed out after the material was already supposed to ship. No notifications of late shipments or raw material shortage. Their distributor has to call and follow up on late orders. I'm paying an extra 20% drop ship fee to get them to ship I-Tera MT40 material and they can't ship on time EVER.
