I had 2 RXs sent over to this pharmacy. I was lied to by the female tech that they had just received the request almost 1.5 hours after I watched the PA send it from her EMR System. I'm in the med field I'm aware how fast an RX goes to the pharmacy when issued through an EMR System.. No big deal right? Hmmm... so I left and returned later for my RXs. I stood at the counter with no greeting from the pharmacist or the tech helping. Then a dark haired tech helped me. His customer service was amazing. I had questions about the meds prescribed. The pharmacist was visibly annoyed with having to discuss my RXs. He gave me information about the controlled RX and then walked away. No information on my other RX. Then when he came back he did not even listen to my full question before blurting out an answer to a question that he assumed. Not the answer to my ACTUAL QUESTION. I gave up! The pharmacist was asked to help me by the Tech as well as myself. I did not receive the consultation that is listed on the sign above where I was standing. The pharmacist did NOT follow through with his job in assisting me with my concerns on a medication I have NEVER received and NEED. The Asian pharmacist failed to follow through with his job description while giving the rudest lazy customer service I have ever received from a Pharmacist at Wallgreens... And through further conversations with family he has treated them in the same manner. And my mother in law has COPD and Cancer. Luckily I was only diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome... CVS will receive me and my families business. We deserve to feel cared for and taken care of properly in a Medical setting. UNACCEPTABLE

The bathrms were DEPLORABLE...I also asked the sales associates if they had separate bathrms for them...no was the answer...WOW!!

I really like walgreens for certain products but not for the pharmacy.or perscriptions

This place is closing soon. Sad. I remember when this opened almost 20 years ago. I lived a few minutes away and it was my go to pharmacy. The one down the street on Baseline also closed, so it looks like there are probably a lot more Walgreens to close in the coming years. I don't see many new Walgreens opening anymore, so that's a shame. They were always conveniently located wherever I lived. Most of them I could easily walk to and get my pills and some overpriced grocery in one place. I hope the employees here are aware of this and were given a heads up. Hopefully everyone is offered jobs at other locations.
