This place added more stress to my child and actually stressed out a lot of my family due to nobody knowing what's going on. They lost our paperwork multiple times. Scheduled appointments with doctors through Southwest to find out when the appointment was there the doctor went home because she had a different schedule. I know people need places like this but find a way to find a better facility. You will be less stressed out and it will make your family a lot healthier if you can find somebody that knows what they're doing to help you. this place changes staff like I change socks. And nobody ever knows what's going on. again find a facility that actually cares about if patients.
