I bought a costume October 23 I went to return October 29 the lady in the store the last day to return items is October 26 so why the spirit policy said I can return this item before 14 days

Got the nephews hooked up with all their Halloween costumes. Staff was VERY VERY helpful. One walked up and offered to get us a basket as we were carrying alot of items, another one quickly pointed out how they just got the scream masks in and they were being sold for 4xs the amount online because they are hard to get. Tons of selection and a great place to get ideas if you are not sure what to dress up as!
