Carol Hagen's Bluebeam classes are fantastic. I have been using Bluebeam for 4+ years and was amazed at how much of the program I never utilized. She taught me different ways to be more efficient at estimating takeoffs, and plenty of little tricks & tips that I wasn't aware of. Well worth taking these courses even if you think you know how to use Bluebeam effectively.

Carol Hagen is a Gem. Broad knowledge and experience with software used in real world conditions. Hagen business Systems has been responsive when we call and has helped my company get estimates done when we hit a software snag or just not knowing how to get the most out of the program. I am new to BlueBeam Extreme and I couldn't figure out some of the new features of it, even after watching YouTube videos. I was given Carol Hagen's name and so I reached out to her and she responded back quickly. She was able to answer all my questions and even show me other features I didn't know were available. She is a great resource I will continue to use!

I highly recommend working with Hagan Business Systems! My recent experience with Carol is the Bluebeam Revu 20 training classes. Her knowledge of the program is vast and her teaching style is patient & guided. Her goal is for everyone to navigate Bluebeam comfortably and maximize efficiency where you can. She provides lots of tips and suggestions for when a particular tool or custom markup might be helpful. She's responsive to questions and email communication too. Very much appreciate it!
