Abercrombie & Fitch

Horrible customer service. The guy manager who doesn't even look old enough to have a job doesn't know the policy of their returns. I called Abercrombie customer service and I can return without a tag. I have the return receipt and online barcode and that was enough for me to return it over the phone! Bunch of little kids

Mana was absolutely the nicest employee Ive ever been helped by! She went out of her way to track down the last pair of jeans in my size and even walked me through the sizing and how it worked even though Im sure it was annoying She was just so warm and welcoming and totally took the stress away that you can sometimes feel shopping retail. We also were in half an hour from closing and she never once seemed annoyed or like she was trying to rush us along. So nice and would totally come back!

I came & tried on jeans I really liked & didnt buy them. Next day called the store & they said OK we will save them for you and then I go the next day after driving 30 minutes out of my way and the staff laughs and says they arent here. Extremely pissed
