I have only written 1 other bad review in my whole life, because I normally want to fix it/ go over it with the company itself. This was the first time I used a carpet cleaning company to naturally clean my rugs and runners. I had 8 rugs to be cleaned, all just daily dirt ,no (pet) stains. All medium to high pile, in white/off white/cream colors, except for 1 that is mainly black with some cream. Sienna at scheduling was very friendly, as well as Justin when he came in. He was very honest about the cleaning level, that it would not look brand new but that we would definitely be happy. He worked on those rugs for at least 1 hour, but when finished I barely saw an Improvement in overall color. They were soaking wet and took 2.5-3 days to dry, I was hoping that when they would dry completely I would see the difference. But instead of the grayish dirty spots all the rugs had a light brown hue on them. Its been 16 days and it didnt improve. Exactly 2 wks ago I emailed Sienna to tell her how I felt, in a friendly text, I still have to hear back from them. They are super responsive when scheduling or when satisfied/happy, but when not happy they ignore. I am very disappointed and will not use their services again, I paid $210 for rugs that dont look clean and a customer service that doesnt respond. Service: Area rug cleaning
