        I went in to get my battery replaced and it was quick & easy. I was out of there within 15 minutes. Even though it was raining slightly, the gentleman who helped install it was friendly and professional. I have nothing but satisfaction with my experience at this location and I will be returning. Thank you very much.

        Went to another auto parts store and none had the part that I needed. Napa was my last stop and they had the part, I was really happy because I needed the part that no other auto store had available. Napa is my number 1 pit stop! Will be coming to Napa for now on.

        Came here because Autozone didn't have the lugnuts I needed for my car. I called in first so I wouldn't spend the gas (Like I did at AutoZone), and the nice gentleman not only helped me locate what I was looking for, but he also gave me his opinion as far as price and quality which was amazing. Oh yeah, and he held onto them for me. Great customer service and fair price as well.
