I have used DBK tax services for the past 4 years. Yvonne and Peggy are great. I've used many of the big name companies and CPA's over the years and DBK is by far the most convenient and affordable.

I had these people prepare my tax return for 2016, and they were horrible. They had no idea how to handle a tax return for a flight attendant and were asking me the questions on what I could deduct, claim, etc. For $250, aren't they the professionals and should know this information? I had it done again by a different tax professional and got an extra $900 back on my taxes. I will never use them again!

I haven't used this service, but it's obvious the people running it are incompetent. I have gotten calls from their number for about a year now, always asking for the "Romero household." Nope, it's still not! After the 15th time you've called! Ridiculous.
