      image I shipped an envelope from this store on a Saturday. By Monday the tracking was still not available, not even stating the label was created. UPS tracking site showed this message: We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number.
      I called the store and was told they cannot find the shipment and they asked me to come in. Upon coming in the clerk stays I have it right here and have not shipped it yet. My trip to the store and frustration could have been avoided if the clerk had looked for the shipment when I initially called. Consideration for customers time would be appreciated. Consider proper training for your employees.

      image Curious if Big John was even at the same store?!! Were there several times a week and always receive excellent customer service. Once again, were there today and to no surprise received very polite and prompt service! We later realized we misplaced a UPS tracking number for a very important package dropped off earlier this week. So we called the store and Richard was able to easily retrieve the number and told us the package was delivered yesterday. Thanks again Richard!!
