        If I could give Alex a zero I would. For the past year, his office has provided horrible service updating our auto/home policies. I never received a callback or email response from him. They were always wrong, we were constantly getting delinquent notices even though all bills were paid on time, State Farm Hqs can never find us in their records, and now our auto insurance is expired because they never sent the renewal notice.

        Switching insurance was extremely easy, and significantly less for home insurance than my prior provider. Adam assisted me in the process, was very responsive, helpful, and quick with any coverage changes I requested. Highly recommend!
