Mike and his team were very responsive from the first phone call. Great communications through phone, text and email. Installers (Javier and Kevin) arrived on time and very courteous and respectful of our property. We had 2 units installed (AC and heat for main house as well as mini-split for Casita) at a reasonable price. We would definitely refer our neighbors to Desert State Air for their HVAC needs!

We used Desert State Air when our air conditioner went out. They responded quickly and were able to get my appointment fast. Their price speed every other company that I called and their professionalism and service was fabulous. Would highly recommend.

I called Mike at Desert State Air, when my HVAC system died, at the recommendation of a neighbor who used his services previously. I am so glad I did! Not only was their quote SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the other quotes I received, but the service men were the perfect blend of friendly and non-intrusive. Javier and Kevin came to do the install of two sets of compressors, coils and furnances in two days flat. Always arrived exactly on time and cleaned up the house after themselves before they left both days. I hardly even noticed they were there. Mike is very response to any questions I have and the systems are working great. I highly recommend them.

My company that I work with has referred Desert State Air & Mike Conklin (Owner) to many clients that are in need of their services. So when it was time to replace my aging Trane units, I promptly reached out to Mike along with three other AC contractors. After hearing the proposals of the other three companys, they seemed to be very professional and knowledgeable but Mike was as well, and in the end, he was able to get us the same units as the others could for thousands less. We were able to get our new units installed and running within a week (the older units were still working but Mike said he could rush the install if they were to stop working before the install date) and the follow up has been terrific. Javier and Kevin did the install. I will refer Desert State Air in the future to any of my clients for HVAC service or replacement. Service: Installation
