This business is the worst cleaners I ever, ever, ever used. I dropped my best jacket (white and black) that I was supposed to take to my daughter’s wedding, for cleaning. I returned there at the scheduled date for pickup and was told that it wasn’t ready. We rescheduled the pickup again. I got a voicemail the second time I was to pickup, stating that it still was not ready and providing a third date for pickup. I was there at the third scheduled date and was told that there was a problem with my jacket. They had stained the white part with black. I asked to see the jacket and Jimmy went to get it. They had tried to take out the black stains in such a harsh process that the black part of the jacket had bleached into a much lighter black. Jimmy asked me to let him try again, which I conceded. We scheduled a forth time for pickup. When I got there, the jacket was in a condition that it can no longer be used. This was a Roberto Rodriguez design jacket that cost approximately $1000.00. I pulled up much simpler jackets from this designer to show him the value of the piece he had destroyed. Guess what? He destroys other people’s property and get’s attitude. A lady that walked in, asked what had happened and I answered with the truth. They had destroyed my jacket. She walks out. He get’s furious and tells me to come back the following week, when he would give me $300.00 for a piece that costs $1000.00. I went back at the time of his convenience: he was not there, was called by a peer, and said that he would now pay only $150.00.
To summarize , this shop is an insult to anyone’s integrity and intelligence. Their service is poor, their attitude is deplorable and they take no responsibility for any damages they cause to their clients.

Good service
