Positive Honey
Worst Service here because the Managers stand around talking instead of helping customers. They do have time to say "Thank you for waiting, we're short staffed" as they scurry away talking to each other. They even turned an elderly man away because "he didn't have an appointment" to set up online banking! It takes like 5 mins to help him. He even said to one of them that they just helped him the other day without needing an appointment with something else and the WF Rep said " Did I help you?" He said Yes! SUCH BAD SERVICE THEY DONT EVEN REMEMBER THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Im always in and out.. The staff is very friendly. The other location I dont like because the lady at the door is so rude. By the time I reach a teller Im mad and I just want to leave. Lol..
