DO NOT buy from these guys. We ordered and paid for over $1,700 for furniture. We were assured it would arrive before Christmas 2015 as it was needed for company during the holidays. It's 1/23/2016 and still no furniture. No one can tell when it should deliver, they will not refund my money. They seem not to care.

On Dec 1, 2014 we found a sofa and loveseat in the Casa Grande, AZ store and found out that it could be ordered as a sofa/sleeper. We were told that this would not be immediately available, but were assured by the salesperson, Derrick, that we could expect delivery before Christmas so we decided to purchase. The date for delivery was estimated as 12/14/14 on our invoice and we knew that this date might not be firm. Again we were told that we would receive delivery before Christmas. On 12/13/14 I called for a status on our order and was told that delivery would be the week of Christmas and would be contacted when with a firm delivery date. On Tuesday, 12/23/14 we did not hear from our salesperson Derrick so we called again for a status. Derrick was out that day and Andrew checked the status and said that the loveseat was available and 2 sofa/sleepers were scheduled to be delivered yet this week. He was to check to see if we were on the list for delivery. We did not hear back from Andrew with new information. Today is Saturday, December 27, 2014. Called The Room Store and asked that Derrick check the status on our delivery and was now told that we were not to receive one of the two sofa/sleepers that had come this week and now the NEW expected delivery would be sometime around the middle of January 2015 and that timeframe is apparently not guaranteed. We decided to cancel our order and not do business with them again. This experience has been so disappointing.
