Got termites again while under warranty. Didn't answer my calls. When they called back they asked for my warenty info and said some other person would call me the next day. Didn't hear from them for two weeks. Then they said yeah we can have someone come out. By then I had already had someone else come out due to united exterminating not even following through on a call back. Other company had come out, and then revisted for problem areas by the time United actually called me back.

Vanessa is very nice and thorough. She was able to send an exterminator the same day to take care of a wasp problem. I don't remember his name, but he was very nice and did a great job ridding my property of the wasps

I have had bees under my trailor three times now , and all different companies! All of which have been successful at bee and hive removal..( It seems that because I live on the reservation, and they pay for this type of thing, I get who they chose to contract.) And so then this company shows up, United Exterminating!
The guy said I didn't have a bee problem!! Basically calling me a liar!! After arguing with him, he got out a little spray can and said he "dusted the area" and that he can't do anything about them if they are in my walls inside!! WHAT??? You cannot tell me that this company does not presume this as a situation when it comes to exterminating bees?? C'mon,...!! I had been stung three times in one day!!
He acted like he didn't want to waste his product!! I would NOT EVER call this lame company especially when the company expresses how "low or fair priced" they are!!
THAT should say it all right there. NO GOOD.& NO THANKS! Service: Bee extermination
