Iron Bull Bumpers

I bought a bumper for my 2006 Toyota Tundra. Took forever to be delivered. Once it arrived, it was bent and the black coating was cracked. They also didnt spray the inside of the bumper well so it had exposed metal. In addition, it didnt line up correctly to be mounted so it sat at a weird tilt.I called to let them know that i was going to keep the bumper but wanted to inform them of the quality issues. They literally called me a liar and then did not respond to any further communication.I wish this company was as cool as their bumper and that it fit what i ordered it for better.DO NOT ORDER from them. Terrible customer experience from johnnie.Update: Now that ive had this bumper for years, the inside is completely rusting out and so is where the dent is that cracked the coating. A lot of the coating around the bends and welds is starting to flake off and rust as well.Definitely not worth the money, hasslte, or bad customer expeience.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They messed up the order and refused to want to help fix it. Came not coated in black shield and said we ordered it that way. WHY would anyone order it like that if the black shield is paintable! Took almost 2 months longer to come then they said. Save yourself from major headache and trust all the bad reviews that I didnt at first. I would NEVER buy from them again and I am shaving that stupid name off the bumper. TERRIBLE COMPANY

2013 Black Diamond Avalanche. Ordered Iron Bull bumper in Mqrch 2022. Received it September 21st. They said it would take 4 to 5 weeks to bulld & deliver.  My body shop mounted it for 225 USD in 4 hours. Bumper fit perfectly, but I had to cut the fairing below the grill, which was easy & the cut lines were obvious. Shop mechanic says bumper's for a p/u truck, not an Av, but a trim to the front face plastic below the grill fixed it. Used original mount bolts. Bumper looks really good on this black Avalanche. I had previously  lifted it about 2" & installed Nitto tires in place of the original Bridgestones: made the truck stand proud & strong looking. NOTE: was able to keep the Mag-Ride suspension factory dampener adjuster when I did the lift. I have seen some bad reviews of Iron Bull Bumpers, but my experience has been (so far) ez install,  a solid, strong high quality product that renders my truck powerful and serious in appearance, and I have received some compliments on the gnarly steel damned thing.. I never had problems with Johnny - he got right back to me when I had a question about substituting 2 5" light holes for the 4 4" holes: nope. Looks great w/the four holes. I bought it because it was the  best lookin' bumper, before looking at the reviews here on Yelp, I would NOT have had I read the Terrible reviews here.  Turns out, for me. so far, I have a quality outcome. 4 stars for shipping delay.

In 2021, I bought both front and rear custom bumpers for my 2003 Tundra.  Many weeks later, they arrived and were installed by a local shop.  Unfortunately, no mounting bolts or hardware was provided so the shop had to procure bolts and do a little fabricating.  The bumpers looked great so I passed along the feedback to Jonny and then let it slide..  According to Jonny, the rear bumper included a class 3 hitch good for 5000# towing.   In January 2022, I bought a Wold Pup 16FQ camper that weighs 3300 with all my gear.  The truck towed it well but after towing the camper on a few trips I noticed the rear bumper looks bent.  Sure enough, placing a 6' level on the bumper showed the bumper had bowed-up in the middle about 3/8".  I took several photos which I emailed to Jonny and he refused to discuss the issue on the phone.  He was unamused and didn't believe a weigh distribution hitch could bend their bumper.  His response was "Our bumpers don't bend" on repeat.  Since then, I have contacted him a couple times to see what Iron Bull was willing to do for me but all I get is crickets.  While I was willing to drive to their shop in Arizona from my home in SE Texas for them to see the damage for themselves, and offer up a fix, their lack of willingness to discuss the issue has soured me greatly on the company.   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
