I have been using Steve Grant's Appliance Repair for about 18 years now. He has installed/serviced my washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. All his work was done professionally and with the utmost care. Recently, I had an issue with my freezer. The lights did not work and although I am pretty handy, after changing both bulbs, the lights still did not work. I thought I might have an electrical issue with the circuit board as it is a rather large and complex freezer that also has an icemaker inside. I called Steve to schedule a service call. After making the appointment, he asked me several questions as to what solutions I had tried. He then suggested I check the switch on the freezer door which operates the interior freezer lights. He made some suggestions about things to try with the switch. After performing the steps he suggested, to my complete surprise, the lights worked. I called Steve back to thank him.... he just saved me a service call and repair bill!!!! I know that I will need his services again in the future and will not hesitate to call STEVE GRANT when I do. I highly recommend this gentleman to anyone needing an appliance installed or repaired. His integrity and workmanship is outstanding. Such rare characteristics these days!!! Service: Freezer repair

called at least 3 different techs who never arrived ~ then found Grant & he told us how to fix the issue without him having to come out 👨‍🔧 it was a miracle on 34th street! will call w more serious concerns in the future

I have been using Grant's Appliance for over 15 years. I find Steve Grant to be professional and very responsive to my calls. Over the years, he has worked on installing a new washer/dryer, repaired a dishwasher, wine cooler and most recently replaced a switch for my Jenn-Aire downdraft cooktop. This last repair was difficult, as a Jenn-Aire replacement part for the switch was no longer available. No problem for Steve Grant!! He took a photo of the existing switch and was able to locate a replacement switch that would fit the space. It required a slight modification to enable it to be installed. However, he was able to accomplish the modification and my cooktop looks great. Jenn-Aire appliances are quite costly and Steve saved me from having to replace the entire cooktop. I really appreciate his perseverance in this matter. Responsive, knowledgeable technicians are a rare breed these days. Being a working professional, I appreciate it when someone like Steve takes pride in his business and treats customers with respect. He returns phone calls in a timely manner, schedules his visits - including a specific time period for his arrival - and most importantly arrives on the date and within the time slot he schedules with you. Thanks Steve for another great repair job.
